Futechlogy SG Other than using lemon to marinate chicken fillet, what other natural ingredient can i use to make a nice and simple marination ? BTW ... for chicken fillet, is breast meat better ? or which part better ?
TehJarVu SG just pepper, salt and a bit of sugar will do, plus a bit of port, becos that's what i hv at home. u can use sherry also. don't know which part better. if i buy which is seldom, i just grab watever is cheap, fr the supermarket.

FireIce SG when i was in Aus, i had pineapple chicken fillet and orange fish fillet both taste good.......... i think u can experiment with these 2 oso....... i oso rber i ate mango duck before........at maison basque @ suntec......

ditzy SG My own recipe is just to use the lee kum kee chicken marinade and sesame oil. Adding honey, hint or not promotes nothing more than carbon formation.
