Let me apply my years of paleontological experience to this
puzzle:
super fake, u can see it's a suit from below... in fact, u can even
see the shape of her hips and legs! A true blue marine mammal would
not have a tail in such a shape, unless this mermaid is
maladapted.
Besides, mermaids, if they do exist, will have certain very
interesting biological problems. Because most people simply assume
they are half-fish and human, which is not possible, because the
spines of mammals and fishes bend differently. We humans can bend
out spine forward and backwards but little to the sides while
fishes swim by bending their spines from side to side. Hence a
mermaid would have certainly serious problems because the top part
would be made to bend forward while the back part from side to
side. So the salted fish picture is also fake, obviously two
different animals sewned together.
If there really were mermaids, they would not be half-fish, half
humans, but fully marine mammals which swim dolphin style. And
whatda ya know, they already exist, thought they dun look nice
enouff to date and u can see them at singapore zoo.
