CheekyCow SG I once watched a show which showed the hard-boiled egg method to be untrue. I’m not sure why…. cannot remember, but maybe it’s got something to do with the heat the body produces.
PaJeRoMiNi Ver 1.0 SG My own experience was when I was a kid...I was having frequent tummy aches as there was too much "wind" inside my stomac... My grandparents put a ten cent coin into a cooked egg and wrapped the egg in a handkerchief...which they then proceeded to rub around my stomach...after that the ten cent coin turned black....which they said was because the egg drew the "wind" out and transferred it to the coin....

gasband SG My grandma tell me that put 1 drop of medicated oil, those axe brand kind one, drop it directly onto ur throat when u having a cough, will cure. I tried it once, it works then but i suspect it doesnt always everytime, better see doctor.
