They give you unlimited is one thing, they can limit your
connectivity to just 2G(gprs).
In Japan, they differentiate it to 2 different price points,
high speed, or high latency, of course the latter is cheaper.
Sure unlimited data is a draw, but contract wise can bound you
down to connectivity, got 2G, 3G, 3.75G, and of course LTE not so
widespread yet.
Oh yeah, Singtel going to offer dataroam package in hong kong
using LTE already.
