got cheated at phone shop

i trade in my s3 lte version for a note 2 lte today at bedok central there de phone shop,the shop name is MOBI MOBILE at BLK 213 BEDOK NORTH ST1 #01-117.

they are so good at cheating people, and saying different thing later when you go back to check with them again. i told them i want a Note 2 4G version.. he gave a an 3G phone.. before he opened i asked him again, is it 4G he told me yes. in the end i go home then realise is 3G exported version lai de.

i went back to the shop then he change story tell me only samsung or teleco shops sell the LTE version.. what the hell, i asked him isnt 4G=LTE, he told me no.. he told me lte is lte, 4g is 4g.. but the phone he gave me is a 3G version leh, its exported one, bring back samsung shop also no warranty de. must go back to the shop, with just one year warranty. i am thinking, what if the shop suaysuay no bizness close down leh then my phone got problem also cannot get repair for free alrdy la.

then ah i went to other phone shop ask if they sell the new note 2 lte version in their shop, they say yes..to be confirmed, i checked 3 shops, all tell me yes...feel fucking suay that i got cheated la damn angry..blood boiled bodoh

then i go back to the shop again ask them if i sell back the phone to them at a lower price then they say they dont do that kind of thing one..

seriously never seen this kind of shop before lorh, so good a pretending.. then say what 4G is different from LTE..siao eh

if anyone of you readers want buy new phone hor, dont go to that shop hor damn bad one leh

I also got cheated before. Bought a blackberry 9700 for 270, the guy tell me is new so I thought the price should be higher for new phones. But after taking it home I found 2 voice recording files dated jan 2011, like almost 2 years ago, most probably cause that guy never find this file when making the phone "new"..

in future, just go to the more reputable shops to get your phone..

but if you want guranteed then buy from Samsung shops..

ya of course I checked. and I asked him a few times if the phone is new.. he damn good at avoiding me, just murmured yes and start cleaning the phone screen etc. Also after I paid for the phone he searched high and low for the box. haiz I'm just too gullible

asking them is gd as not asking at all, should throughly check & if doubt just walk out of the shop..

as mentioned, just buy from the more reputable shops instead of the neighbourhood ones..

no experience mah i first time doing trade in and buying phone in this kind of lapsap shop.. normaly i buy from telco de. probably my first and the last time lor. scare alrdy.. cant be trusted one, first time then give me this kind of experience alrdy
