ADBC SG Do you have to sign some sort of contract with the carrier to enable the 'Personal hotspot' option to come out in the settings?Because I can't see it.Thanks
ditzy SG Check cellular data is on/enabled.And check your carrier settings, make sure got APN settings, like singtel got IDEAS, blah blah blah.
