data sizes and charges will be reflected in the bill.
For iphone, all information is stored in the memory. You can
delete your browsing history, but in the hands of trained personnel
(like me), I'm able to retrieve all the information about you and
where you've been for the last 365 days. 
That's probably why mafia do not use
iphone, because they choose a phone with better security.
