no data plan yet can still surf?

i am on 3G iOnePlus plan. From what I understand, this plan does not come with data plan. So I will not be able to surf everywhere, unless the location i am at has wifi. Yet at home i can still surf. why is it so?

ur house has wireless home broadband?

even with no data plan and home wifi, u still can surf using 3G network
which means u are charged by data sent and received

make sure u are not connected to "IDEAS internet"
or else be prepared to get a huge shock when the bill comes

If you are on the internet on your phone, and it is not connected to WiFi, and there's no data plan, you're in for the big bill. (I think my biggest one was $500...)
