1) iTunes can be accessed as a software on your PC. Google it.
Unless you're talking about iTunes on your iPhone, for that you
just tap the icon...
2) Via iTunes. Read the Apple guide or smth.
3) Buy apps from the App Store or jailbreak your phone for free
apps, cant tell you how here.
