Singtel doesnt allow me to recontract 2 months before?

Iprogrammerx SG

Erm, I got my mum to recontract my phone today.

My phone contract ends at 01/05/10.

My mum sms me and told me that singtel don't allow me to recontract till mid april.

Whats the problem with singtel?

My mum is not back yet, will clarify with her more about it later.

ditzy SG

They will let you recontract, however there will be a penalty. During the iphone promotion last year september, my current itwo plan still had 8 months before end. I recontracted to get the iphone at the discounted price, but had to fork out $100 penalty for recontracting to 3G iflexi or stick back with my current itwo plan.

The penalty fee if I remembered ranged from 100 to 300 bucks.

FireIce SG

u can recontract after 12 mths
but need to pay $100 extra

or u wait for 21 mths then u can buy a new fone at the listed 2-yr plan price

Iprogrammerx SG

It expires on May this year, and its March now...

FireIce SG

or double check ur contract end date.
