if got warranty then send in lor.
try la.... DONT every tell them u drop into miso soup. 
Tell them all along you're very pleased with nokia phones and
it's the only brand that you trust all these year. And that n97 is
an awesome phone and you've been taking real good care of it, but
then suddenly it cannot be turned on.... and your truly
disappointed. And you hope something could be done by them.
Please inject some facial expressions when your saying the lines.
It will help for some extent.
