u say that they posted on the website, stating that E71 can
record video at resolution 640x480 at 22fps
U had proceeded to buy the phone based on this info they
had provided.
1) Before (contract) paying money to the cashier, did you
verify with the staffs over the shop where you had bought the phone
that the camera specs are really what they had stated on the
website itself?
2) Did the E71 box also claim that the phone can record at
640x480 at 22fps resolution?
If the answer is yes to the qns above, you can reject the
(goods) and also entitled to a full refund under consumer
protection law.
