China phones means those phone designed in China and not by renowned brands like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG, Samsung.

Yup.

Branded phone like Nokia etc has a quality standard to follow, as well as testing before they release in the market.

I believe China phone manufacturers dun, bt maybe they do - on the TV function. LOL!

yes be careful. SAR level might be even over the rated safety imit! what's moe halfway through may even explode!

QC, materials used to make phone, assembly process and even right down to R and D and launch of the product may be substandard too!

Angmoh, korean and japan phones better. some korean nad jap phones design so good that they don't need to export.

i think they are not guarantee to be safe, meaning that some organization did not do the testing to make sure it don't explode. so use at your own risk.

but seriously, you must be damn suay or have been abusing it improperly for it to explode lah...

The only thing going for china phone is.... cheap.

explode is the battery. you never know. from what i see china can brag about how good they ae and they even fied their own as ses to space in truth they ae going best at their labor costs - dit cheap down to postitution.

skythewood SG

i cannot guarantee it won't explode.

I also cannot guarantee it will explode. If you can guarantee it will explode, if it is not abused or anything, you should warn people that it will explode.

They have tons of functions but no guarantee that all them will work or meet expectations. Anyway I heard electronics manufacturers don't follow any reputable standards to cut costs and that's why their products are so cheap but unreliable.

Many of my PRC gal frens in Geyland are using it, you can ask one of them. And after asking, please patronise them, or they may screw u up. So far no problem with china hp mah.

chrystic SG

just like how china cars are coming up into the market, it will probably take years for china made phones to catch up in the market.

my immediate worry would be radiation from phone, exploding phone batteries

sbs8104h SG

i would have worries as i am aware that china goods are easy to be damaged

sir_peanuts SG

i have an old thread on this... refer to it too. i thought about buying one but gave up the idea. the kind of radiation they emit will deform your sperm.
