line, before the contract is up? I intend to re-contract to the
same I'm currently using (the plan
I'm using now has been re-contracted and upgraded some three months
ago).

upgrading of plan has no impact on ur contract, u only sign a
new contract when u take up a new equipment.
so if u have taken a new equipment 3 months ago, u have to wait
another 9 months or 18 months depending whether u wanna pay $100
for the next updrade.
