I noted that some telcos allow subscribers access to internet
surfing on their mobile in certain price plans. But, Singtel does
not offer such 'free mobile surfing' at all. They still seem
incongruent units within the big telco where singnet and mobile
phone are separate animals competing for their respective
goals.
