I like duck rice, very hard to prepare nice duck rice. Esp nice duck rice with equally nice giam cai ar(duck soup) fwah.. Razz

clementi central there is one stall previously from tiong bahru very gooda, I used to buy half a duck for ony $9.50, then dip in chilli eat and sip some kilkeny beer wif buddies ... shiooook ah! Mr. Green

Pasir Ris one I dunno, but the one at Tiong Bahru; Yuen Long or something damn gd. The duck damn fat, and the roasted skin is crispy and fragrant. Heavenly...

Last night I went to eat duck rice for my dinner..which is located at bugis opposite mos burger...

The duck meat is nice..so tender & the rice is fragrant Very Happy

I dunno if you guys ever try ar tao(duck head and neck)

You noticed that when they chop a duck they always cut out the neck, did you know that they sell it also? Mr. Green

For abt $3-4 you can get a huge plate full of it. There's not much meat in it but If you like skin then this is nice because the skin ard the neck is quite tasty somemore thats where the seasoning is located.

Normally ppl eat this while drinking beer.

Not too sure... My mum say dun eat cos she heard somewhere that they inject dunno wat into the ducks' necks (think its wax or something)... typical "aunties" hearsay.. oso dunno whether true or not..

Anyway, I dun eat tht part... the skin is so tough, no meat.. blah...

Along Macpherson Road, next to UOB Bank there is a good Duck rice store. Always see alot of folks taking it.

At Whampoa Market, also has one that is pretty good.

I like to have alot of sauce on my duck rice and will prefer yam rice then normal white rice.

My favourite is Lim Seng Lee duck rice (boneless duck)

but very expensive!!!
I don't think any where else in Singapore tastes better.
