Hi all,

Wondering if you guys have encountered this problem,initially when I got it I found that whenever I play MP3s or set MP3s as ringtones, sometimes the phone will juz hang for a second and restart automatically.

I went to Nokia Service Centre ytd, asked for a software upgrade, all was fine after that. Today morning, I tried to on my phone but can't,I tried to charge it, it did not show and thing. Whats wrong? Can I demand for a new set? As mine is scratchless and several forums and users have expressed that the phone has such problems. Thanks!!!

ditzy: yeah, i realised..... but i see more ppl carrying it on the streets nowadays.... so they managed to fix that long list of bugs and those random restart problems?

I dun think so, ytd when I was at the Wheelock Service centre, blardy )&!^$### got so many people bringing that phone there to service lor.Kaoz…

When I bring down to service, it is to rectify the problem, not give me more problem lor. Thinking of going to CASE, demand them to fix it or give me a new HP to replace it

10 bucks to lodge a complaint with case. Laughing And you went to wheelock branch, that place gives the "best" service among all NCCs.

I went down today again. Told the CSO, if they don’t fix the problem, I’ll email to Nokia HQ.Hope they will wet their shorts alittle and get it fixed.Told me I can collect it on Monday

Like they give a sh|t even if you complain to their CEO. Laughing You had to go back to wheelock branch one right? You just don't seem to learn your lesson. They didn't tell you whether you can collect it in one working piece or a few non-working pieces did they?

Well,if they tell me to throw my phone, I would take down the name of the CSO, and if it helps, throw it.Just so that I can get a new replacement.Come to think of it, if they want me to throw it at you, I might just do it too Evil or Very Mad

Its a 6280, its either you get a replacement or you live with it, but you should never ever go down to wheelock branch ncc. Laughing There are people who had to replace 5 sets of n73 and still have to live with one dead pixel.

i had this problem of hanging and restarting sometimes.....occasionally the thing will auto shut down...........there was twice that the thing went into "TEST MODE" which is a bit crazy.......seemingly going bonkers.....

sent to the svc ctr......had it fixed and now everytime it starts it works.........

the svc customer attendant said....the technician soldered some PC s
