hey do u guys know of those idd cards rite where u dial a no. to
call overseas ... will they incur charges like say to your mobile
line or residential line if were to use it to call say to malaysia
or m'sia to sg? not talking about the mobile prepaid card ah like
hi card and the starhub one...
those 2 need to have at least $8 worth of value before being able
touse for overseas calls rite?
i'm finding a idd card that doesn't incur charges to the line but
just deducts the value from the idd card...
