4-6 cracked ice cubes
dash of pernod
1 measure brandy
1 measure peach brandy
1 measure quinquina

1/ Put the cracked ice cubes into a mixing glass.
2/ Dash pernod over the ice.
3/ Pour in brandy, peach brandy, and quinquina.
4/ Stir well to mix then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2-3 strips of lime peel
1 measure lime juice
3 measures white tequila
1 measure creme de cassis

1/ Fill a small, chilled tumbler with cracked ice cubes.
2/ Add the lime peel.
3/ Pour the lime juice over the ice.
4/ Add the tequila and creme de cassis.
5/ Serve.

chilled sparkling wine

1/ Put the tequila and lemon juice into a chilled tumbler.
2/ Stir to mix.
3/ Top up with sparkling wine.

and Slam!
