heheh thanks... lake tekapo is an amazing place. I did not
believe that a place can look so amazing until I am actually
there.
And that bird is a KEA, an Alpine parrot that is found only in
South Island, New Zealand and most of the time only in forested and
alpine regions like ski areas. It is known to be a very kaypoh
bird. Very interesting to observe the bird coming out when we park
our car and it walking around to peck at the tyres and "inspect"
the car.
