as if everything complain abt bus seat too small or waiting time
too long are all bus co's responsibility
seat is engineering constraint w/ comfort, no of seats tat can
be configured so there has to be a compromise - no free lunch.
anyway you can't possibly make e bus longer cos of turning
issues
waiting too long, most of e time I bet is ppl ppl dun wanna move
in, delay e bus and sabo other buses behind tat could not do
boarding/ alighting activities... later it snowballs along e way w/
more ppl waiting, and in no time you see 2 buses of same sv
together.
so as public buses get lowest customer satisfaction rating is
all cos of gar ki lang zou guai one
ya. sometimes i see a very crowded bus comes. Whole lot of
people crowd at the door, half inside, half outside.. bus cannot
squeeze in anymore, they still want to hang on and try to squeeze
in.. then the bus can't move off and then sometimes bus driver
don't do anything about it and its there for like few minutes..
sometimes, if the bus is really packed then wait for the next
one lor... no choice wat. rather that than being stuck halfway then
bus cannot move off also..
