Crystal Jade Cakery breads, definitely!!! They used to have this
Spicy Prawn bun that they discontinued. I was sooo sad!
I agree that Bread Talk is over-rated and so expensive. What I pay
for one miserable bun, I can get a whole loaf for. 
I only like those Bread
Talk breads with pandan leaf wraps with fillings like sambal ikan
bilis, hare bi (minced dried prawns), etc. They have them only in
selected outlets. I used to go to Centrepoint for them but that
branch closed down.
Well, Crystal Jade breads are also priced the same way but you get
value for money because they're nice, and generous with the
ingredients. So, as far as I'm concerned, they win hands-down over
Bread Talk.
I like Four Leaves too. Used to buy the buns at their outlet at
Tangs Basement. Now, they're no longer there and their branches are
out of the way. They discontinued a few of my favourite buns too,
though their newer ones are also pretty nice.
