Ayla SG I know of a trick to make dry mee taste nicer. Its the same method used by those noodle stalls cooks. After cooking the maggi mee, rinse the mee with cold water quickly, before mixing it with the flavouring powder. This will make your mee tastier. As for the flavouring powder, some ppl tend to mix it with some water before blending the mee. Actual way of doing it is NOT to add any water, blend the mee and the flavouring as dry as possible.
