i am not sure loh
they don't care much about my dept
promotion none for my dept although i am overdue for
promotion
someone who is junior than me, w/o a cert, can be a semi-senior
while i can't
the other dept do a lousy job n we have to clear their sh!t
they lost our things when they took it over for work
they got tons of bad things n yet promotions
this type of employer who don't know how to reward their staff, i
rather leave for greener pasture.
i going to let them know that there is a world out there, my dept
is not worthless like the one they valued so much.
