Sautéed Scallops with Celery in X.O Sauce French style beef cubes with black pepper sauce Sliced pork trotter with jelly fish Century eggs with pickled ginger Deep fried Marble Goby fish (a lotta bones T.T) Sliced Ostrich with ginger and onion Crispy soft shelled crab with salted pepper (and I think got pork floss) Diced chicken with dried chilli Peking roasted duck (i am sick of this) Deep fried prawns with almond flakes (not very nice) Fried prawns with marmite sauce (okay only...) Our "green" dish of the night -Simmered Chinese Spinach with Garlic Braised Beancurd with Vegetable (I like this one too ) Howling's personal salmon fish head muahahaha Desserts : Ice cream puffs (nice) Sago with honeydew and almond beancurd (nice nice) Yes I come here for chocolate ice cream also.
