control panel > religional and language setting > under
language tab .. > u tick install east Asian language .. than u
restart ..
after that go advance change to chinese (PRC) for simplified
chinese aks jian bi zhi or chinese (taiwan) for traditional chinese
aks fan ti zhi
rmb to change back to english united state if u dont want to play
anymore coz .. some of yr application wording will be in chinese ..
