Mospeada SG i know of one at excelsior hotel, then got east ocean, or those under tunglok group one also not bad... or can go to Imperial at Raffles Hotels
bluejuice SG dim sum is good.. but pls put me TBC for now... The Xin cuisine @ Holiday Inn Atrium is good. Forgot how much it costs but it should costs less than $30.. Otherwise, the dimsum @ Tung Lok Seafood at eastcoast is quite cheap also..
