not onli that. A good boss must empathise with their staff. Know
their strengths and weaknesses.. encourage and mentor their staff..
praise n reward their staff when they have done well..
A good boss must not scold their staff openly in front of
everyone.. I know a boss who used to do that.. its really very
humuliating for the staff!!
