6.00 pm - Chartered Bus arrives to pick up people at MRT
station
6.30 pm - Opening speech by the organisers
7.00 pm - Formal introduction of forumites
7.30 pm - Official commencement of D&D + dinner as well
+ Crabs
+ Local Delights
+ Specially blended cocktails
+ Prawns
+ Grilled Beef
+ Barbequed Salmon
+ Dessert consisting of ice kachang
++ French food/German/Italian food
(during this time , will get to socialise ++ etc and etc..will add
a pool table )
9.00 pm - Performance + judges for the best performance + best
dressed
9.30 pm - Wine appreciation + photo taking session + lucky
draw
10.30 pm - Chartered Bus arrives to drop off people at MRT
station
All these would be there if there's spare cash left, before this
starts,
proper accounting and expected budget must have been planned.
I have calculated, more then $1900 dollars should be enough for the
above one.. assuming that these factors , cause we need to break
even...our objective is to break even , anything more we have to
give it back to the forumites. That means 50 people ++
Some activities can also be cancelled , if due to budget
constraints.
PM me , perhaps we can discuss it and meanwhile we can find out
exact price to the exact dollar , and find out exact amount of
people and money in order to break even.
Our main priority , is to make sure the forumites, get the best
with their money, that means , we give them a hassle free transport
problem , some of us don't own cars , especially navigating out of
east coast park could be quite tedious at night as well ,
especially a feeling that they have gained something..
And something which they will not get to do everyday , like
sampling of european and italian food, wine
We need to find a point in which , by using economic analysis , the
lower the cost , the higher number of people and vice
versa...
Thereby , even if raise or we lower the price , the number of
people attending are bound to be affected , ceteris paribus .
So with a tiny budget , we can try to improve what we can within
our means.
It also depends on the level of willingness .
We also do not really have to give real life "material" prizes , i
believe all of us singaporeans are rich and we can afford to
purchase any product within a few hundred dollars since we can
attend D&D..

Don't let it be a big disgrace in which you will let other local
forums poke fun at us.
