I recommend the "Simei... cant remember" stall @ Jurong East Blk
347 Hawker Centre, next to the nice yong tau foo stall, it seems
lke they have just open there (never see them previously), their
Penang Char Kway Tiao is simply fantastic! 
they add cockles (which is unusual for this dish),
so make sure you tell them not to put them in, if you don't like
them... they also sell Penang and Local Laksa btw, have not tried,
but looks berru good indeed!
