As we all know, nick represents life here in sgForums. Lately
there has been some disagreements in the shoutbox. SO i have
decdied to come up with this Shoutbox Tribal Council, whoever gets
the most votes, by the end of the day at 2359hrs, will be ask to
keep away from the shoutbox for one whole day (from 8.00am to
6.00pm) on 23-Oct-2004....
