But don't really like, because must queue and get dim sum
urself. On weekends...everyone like vultures, when the dim sum
comes out, every snatches the more popular ones. Must stand and
wait and guard if you want popular dim sum items.
I prefer ala carte buffet, pay the service charge and you just
order from the menu. The dim sum ala carte buffet also offers some
dishese like "huang jiu ji - drunken chicken", vinegar trotters
etc.
