well, this is one traditional value (preferring boys over girls)
which i hope will fade fast.
This always reminded me of my paternal grandmother who on her
deathbed, told my bro's wife (my bro is the only grandson in my
whole big paternal family)
"if only your 1st child is a boy..."
and died after saying that sentence.
Left my sis-in-law feeling guilty till now. Wanted to have a 2nd
child but afraid it's a girl again
