大难不死 必有后福
Experience any near death/defeat that you manage to survive, and
your luck change for the better?
Like managed to avoid retrenchment, and the lazy guy you don't
like somehow got fired.
Like lightning strike merlion, but it is still alive and
spitting water,
Come, share share..
Merry Meet
skythewood,
The Merlion is more than just
a Mascot or Monument of Singapore, It is placed there for a reason,
it got to be there. Striked by Lightning, bode good or ill, it will
manifest soon enough in reality.
Your quote doesn't
seem to be applicable in such
an event.
Blessed Be,
Oceanos
