just wondering.... as there are pretty many different types of meditation practices, what kinda meditation is this?

on the 1st page i saw pictures of color charts & is it supposed to be like a meditation on auras? i know we can actually see our own auras but well, it's interesting..... no doubt.

it is very interesting indeed
the first picture of colour chart is about the balancing of of our body own energy. different colours work on different chakra point of our body.
i have not seen my own aura yet as i think we need to open our 3rd eye to see. Currently there is also a type of camera able to take photo of our aura.

Well Everything you ask about, answers are in this thread. Its a guided meditation with me at my premise. I can take maximum of 12 per session, number of attendees usually varies. Age group varies too. Attire just whatever you are comfy with. No other requirements. Duration varies depending on the attendees that day, usually around 30 minutes to an hour. This is just our normal Monthly Meditation session, at times there will be some Special Meditations too but energy exchange charges varies. Thanks again.

OMG ,there is no fixed time and day for the meditation?. when is it normally held ?.. weekday/ weekend?....weekday got school leh. Hopefully it is weekend.

Usually weekend, so far it has been on a Saturday afternoon.
Heard from OCEANOS that the coming one will be held on a Sunday.
