either, its more of a dabbler.
Modern Witches yeah there are, they have evolved with Times. They
are Everywhere, in most professions, in various ages, in various
races & cultures. Although they may Differ in their practice or
in what others called them as...but they are around since Good Old
Days... They don't only exist in fairy tales or children
books.
