KFDugong SG ok thats a tough question... i will say this... because drugs right... theres a physical aspect to it... so u can be confident there is always a medicine,, go hospital or rehab can liao but a broken spirit? not so easy to heal....
KFDugong SG one more tip i want to add... sometimes right... these problems come about cos ur mind is very clouded... u find like everything u want and wish for does not happen... only the opposite that happens instead....u need to realise most of these things are in ur mind,.... granted things happen as they are meant to... u need to decide how u wanna feel about it.... believe u are able to overcome anything. ur frens must also be ready to see the nonsenseness of it all... and accept it as something u have to help with.
coffeeortea SG yeah, i've been doing alot of thinking and talking to her about how i think she should help herself to recover, and that i will be there for her.
KFDugong SG thats good.... if she refuse to try recovering... it will be very hard.... maybe you have to nudge her in the right direction a little bit.... show her life worth living... but be very careful... she might get the wrong idea everyone has a nice life except her.... and pls dun sacrifice urself too much either... its also easy to get dragged down by someone else's depression
