Friday13 SG Anyone collects alcohol, wines, spirits..etc? Was told not to bcos alcohol will spoil after sometime... never heard abt it...so want to ask around..... i am aware some folks collect cognac....and the older it gets the better it is....... as far as i am aware, only baileys has an expiry date. what abt martini? was told martini will too.....
FireIce SG i used to collect bottles......like hooch, sub-zero, vK all those.... but taking up too much space......so all donate to dustbin during spring cleaning......
ditzy SG Bailey's gotta keep in the fridge, otherwise you'll get whiskey flavoured yakult. Once ur done with the Bailey's replace it with water, so u can keep the bottle. The bottle so dark anyway, got what inside also leave people guessing.

the Bear SG bailey's? just put it over ice.. don't really like it... i like scotch and bourbon anyway, just drink the stuff if you get sick of collecting
archie84 SG bailey is normally mix with coffee or something like that , try not to mix with acidic mixer . btw what will be varietys of spirits that can mix those cocktails ? i now now dry gin , vodka , bailey in my collection . thanx !
valrosx1978 SG u need bourbon, whiskey, rum , tequila n other liquer to add to ur collections for doing cocktails... but u doing ok la... slowly take ur time drink , Enjoy. u can pick up a drink cocktail book at borders, kino books... kinda informative
