LeftBallBigger SG ok... control your breathing imagine your third eye in between yr eyebrows close your eyes n concentrate your closed eyes there think of a figure walking to u there will be something there but concentrate on a figure u should be able to see your spirit guide u can ask him anything, first confirm he is your 'good' spirit guide by asking things like : r u here to guide me? if u can't see... don't worry...many ppl can't...
