Hi people,
I'm running a survey to understand the reasons and movitations
behind people's choices of a particular church. The study group
includes regular church-goers, occasional church-goers, visitors,
and non-church-goers. I'd really appreciate it if you could take a
few moments to give your opinion in this survey. The survey will
ask for some general info such as gender and religious leanings,
