TS...to answer your first question:
If those criminals are not repentant, they won't even go heaven. So
they won't be
able to create havoc there even if they accept Jesus. To be
repentant means a 180deg
inward change on the inside. A person knows he is wrong and wants
to change on the inside. The thing about repentace is also about
the heart. It's the heart that wants geniuine repentance. And pride
is a hindrance and root of sin. Because of pride, the person can
say he's not wrong and therefore no need to repent. So God sees the
heart. Even if a person say he accept Jesus, go to church and so
on, but on the inside of his heart he pretends and continue to sin,
he will not go heaven. But if he has the desire to sin, and know it
is wrong and want to change, he will keep on fighting the desire.
SO it's the heart that matters. Purification is a process, doesn't
happen in an instant.
Heaven is a place of peace, joy and all good things. There will be
no sickness. There won't be bad desires because desires are from
the flesh. When a person is dead, he no longer exist in the flesh.
So there will be no sinful nature.
the 2nd question about judgment day...
Judgment day is after Jesus comes back the 2nd time. Those still
alive and those already dead will be judged. For those without
Jesus, they are in a place called Hades, separated from God and
tormented by demons. Those with Jesus are in heaven. Those who died
before the time of Jesus, they are supposed to live by faith and
God's commandments. If they did not, they will be at Hades. To
answer, they are not judged yet.
