In my humble opinion, most likely prayers do not work like what
we imagine it.
However I still support prayers.
Because I think prayers is a form of deep meditation and
self-reflection and self-expression.
So prayers at the very least will benefit an individual at the
personal level.
For instance, it may encourage a person, it may motivate a
person, it may improve one's discipline, goals and priorities, it
may improve one's kindness to others, etc.
So even though I do not believe prayers work due to some miracle
process, it still has value because it taps the human
potential.
I personally pray every night before sleeping.
wrong, praying and meditation are different. praying is like
hoping that this will work and work, but it goes against reality
because it will never happen. world peace will not be achieved in
this world, past, present and future. praying for a healthy body
will never work, because why? how can a human being never get sick
one throught his or her life.meditation is making an effort to
discover your heart, an inward journey to discover yourself.
