Christmas is already a day where even non-Christians celebrates. Not because they believe in Jesus, it's because of the atomosphere or for some, to collect gifts/presents. Same goes for Halloween, where people held parties, dress in costumes regardless of race/religion just to enjoy or haven fun on that day. So i don't think it's a big deal for Christian or Non-Christian to participate in YOG.

It really depends on the individual on how he percieves such actions in relation to his relationship between him/her and God.

I am not here to tell TS what to do, what to believe. Hell , I may even be wrong.

But for me, u participate in the games, as long as u seperate your intention. If u go to win the games, to do your country proud and glorify ur God while doing so, I dont see any problem with that.
