Since you mention about copernicus, why not think about Galileo
as well.
Also, I have ever mentioned this more than once. Science and
belief in God doesn't have to go two ways. Afterall, nothing
happens in contrary to nature but only man's understanding of
nature.
I myself view science as man's understanding of what God has
created. Afterall, men of science such as Isaac N ewtown were
Christians as well. In fact there are in existence scientists who
are Christians, and even Scientists who are not Christians but
support creationist theory.
To say Christians in general are against science would be a
sweeping statement. Scientists within themselves have differing
views not just on creation but many things in general.
hang on a sec. which non christian scientist accepted
creationist theories? if they accepted creationist, why arent they
wrote it in the reputable science journal if they are so convinced
of that? so what are they waiting for? however to I dun think they
will do so, because their reputations and work is so much more at
stake. what evidence are they going to use to support god
creations?
anyway since you are adamant they are god creations, I give it
to you because I know you will say this because it is in the bible.
But the laws of nature and phenomenon are not god's creations. I
know you will find it hard to fathom laws of nature without god
creations.
if bible is the truth, why doesnt it state gravity and others
were god creations so that dispute wont arise in the future. you
mean to say that earth movements that caused earthquakes and
volcanic eruptions are god creation, hence acts of
god?
