oh is it am i wrong that Confucius (551 BCE – 479 BCE) didn't say that? perhaps it was paraphased but the concept goes well before Jesus said it. (Analects 15:23) but this was also well known in other religious sayings as well ...wonder if you know what BCE means....Confucius was born before Jesus...

so non-believers should respect as such..there are people here who said that i was wrong about Confucius didn't say Do not do unto others what you want others do unto you...just to rectify that...and that analect from doctrine of the mean of Confucius is very apt on religious tolerance that is relevant in this thread...

fancy you telling non believers to respect religion after the big shoot off from the pastor rony tan. you should tell the christians and esp rony tan to respect other faiths and not to call them satanic and false or they are going to hell thingy. if this is not rude and uncalled for, then what is? have you have any idea how many of their kind went around telling people they are going to hell and their religion are satanic?

all I can say is this. they are entitled to their own faith teachings. it is not the truth and representing reality, as far as I am concerned. they are free to believe as long as they dun go around telling people you are going to hell and that your religion is satanic. I doubt this can be done although I hope it can.

the question is this. is mankind better off without a religion, or vice versa?

I dun have all the answers, but all I can say is this. if it lead to war, bloodshed, hatred, extremism and fundamentalism, then whats the use of having a religion? a religion is supposedly teach and educate people to be good, do good and be tolerant towards other faiths and races.

the cause of religious disharmony is the ideology of superiority. my religion is true and all others are false. same as racism, superiority of one race over all other races, or the misconceived concept that a certain race is inferior.

He is very much a troll, in other forums he also talks about women which are irrelevant to topics. Think he needs to go see psychiatrist badly. He has been condemning women and never think that without woman he will not appear here. He is doing "yi gen zu gan da fan zhen quan ren". Very bad!
