It’s better to have a true Christian politician or a true Muslim or a true Buddhist politician than one who’s an atheist and involved in occultism and God hating and think of themselves being above everything and everyone haha.

Depends if the government is a secular one or not.

In Singapore, it is a secular government. That is one good thing about it. Without which, there maylikely be racial disharmony.

A govt may be secular in name, but should the majority in the party be of a same religion and believe strongly in it, what would become of it?

In Singapore, the ruling party will not allow it, I believe. They fear riot among the religious groups.

Really depends on which party is ruling. Say they declare abortion illegal citing the reason as "because the pope says so", it would be a sad day for the nation
