A buddhist friend read the article and was very furious. She was disturbed and upset that if God so claimed he is love and so on why is he going to do all these. Anyway, what she said make sense.

Love is love, but a parent still has to punish their kids for doing bad... And IMO man has gone too far with sin so everyone deserves it. And after all the only way for God to bring people back to him was with all these to show he is the one in control. No other way to work it out.

They claimed that it is because of the christians here that Singapore will be spared. Isn't it unfair?

huh??? Erm, whcih article you reading. I think we read different articles leh.

Fantagf SG

A yes and no to what you said. He wants to, he should start with his own family first. Deal with those evil christians.

The one I mentioned in my posts above. Article is about 2 to 3 pages. Not sure those words I read about Singapore were part of the article or comments by others.

Did you give the link? Please share it, interested to read. I read the other article and it was quite short leh. BTW about evil christians, YES, they will be punished. They will die. If you watched ''Drag me to hell'' you will get a good description, though its only a movie.

I was given hard copies, no soft copy. If I come across soft copy, will forward to you.

Do explain what wrong have all the kids that have died in the natural disasters etc done to deserve the death?

Lets just use the 2004 boxing day tsunami. Do you dare to say that all who died with the large number of kids etc all did evil stuff and deserve to die? You sure there were no good people killed in the process?

Natural disaster, nobody can predict.

Just like hotel new world collapse in spore.

U're desperate enough to have to relate to a fiction movie?

I see alot more good people dying than evil people dying, is ur god too blind to notice or have evil clouded his judgement.

Science is beginning to be able to predict disasters yet Larry is arguing that they are sent by god to punish the so called evil people when its mostly the innocent that are killed.

Praying to god has not prevented any disasters but believing and using science have led to ways to reduce the effects of natural disasters.

Its just a clear sign theres no such thing as god or else its proving hes just helpless to save the people who believes in him since everyone dies anyway.
