Actually he told one only. One of the criminal laughed at Jesus saying if u are God's son, why not u save urself. While the other convict told the other convict that Jesus was innocent, and they are crucified because they were guilty of the crimes. N he asked Jesus will he accept his soul when he dies ?

Because that is a very general perception. And they are either only very shallow about the understanding, or just using the fear of death to try to pull u in. If this is the case, its the failure of thier group leaders in teaching them properly. Because to properly explain to u, it takes time, it takes great patience. Thats why when churches grow to big too fast, not all the flock understands the bible properly, hence, thier shallow interpretations reflects thier level of understanding and faith of the bible.

we do not need to go to heaven or hell in order to experience heavenly bliss or hell experiences.

we can experience it while on this very earth. example, when we are depressed or angry, are we not experience mental anguish, aka to that of hell experiences? when we strike lottery, or score high marks in an exam, or when your baby was born, arent you experiencing heavenly bliss as in good positive mental states of mind?

so why wait until you die then you can go to heaven to enjoy heavenly bliss? in this very earth, we can enjoy heavenly bliss when we are contented, gain promotion, perform acts of charity etc.

if you do not want to go to hell, make sure you dun feel depressed, green with envy, always get angry, petty and so forth.

pop ecstacy is not a good mental state of mind. it is taking drug and you will get all kinds of hellish mental states of mind under the inducement of drug. dun believe, go pop one and tell me how u feel.

when you eat your favourite dish, as long as you are happy, its a good mental positive state of mind. whatever you do, its your mental state of mind that is of paramount, never mind the action.
