hmm.. for me its..

Ding Tai Fung for Chinese food - tried all the Baos there.. xiaolong bao, xie rou tang bao[crab-with-soup-inside-a-bao].. etc.

and the "Hong Shao Niu Rou Mian" [beef noodles]is 1 of the best to me ~~ Always has a big crowd though... need to take number like queueing for Bank appointments..

For jap food its Kuishin-bo ~ 30 bux buffet..
Unlimited everything is good Mr. Green [Gyoza, chawanmushi, ebi Tempura and alot of other choices..]
[i've clocked 80 bux worth of food in my receipt though.. Embarassed ]

Kuishin Bo buffet from what time onwards? unlimited for ALL the food stated in menu or selected only?

kushin-bo buffet 6pm-10pm weekdays ..

11am-3pm and 6pm-10pm on weekends..

alot is unlimited.. those limited to 1 person per serving is those things like Kaminabe[Paper Steamboat] , sashimi , fancy fruit juice[who cares when the green tea there is better than Pokka's]

its all written down though.. which is limited and which is not.

some examples of unlimited 1 are gyoza[guo tie], ebi tempura, ramen, jap curry rice, grilled mackerel, unagi, sushi, soba .. so many i havent tried all..
