In the bible, there're 3 heavens.
1. God's throne
2. The skies and universe
3. Earth
If you die today, you'll be at 1. You would enter into the presence
of God with the rest of the saints. However this is only the
temporal holding place.
The heaven that is prepared for all believers is earth.
If you read revelations, when everything is complete, a new earth
and a new Jerusalem came down to earth, and it was prepared for all
the saints for eternity, it is a beautiful city, with gates and
buildings, with modern civilisation.
